J Gregory Tinaglia
President
Co-founder of Investment Management Corporation, Greg has over 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to starting Investment Management Corporation, he founded the first fee-only financial and employee benefit advisory firm in the Roanoke Valley. Greg obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University and his Masters of Science degree in Financial Services from The American College. He earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation in 1982 and Accredited Investment Management Consultant® certification in 1990. He has served as President of the International Association of Financial Planners for the Roanoke/Lynchburg Chapter, as well as the Roanoke Chapter of the American Society of Chartered Financial Consultants. Greg has been an active member of the Roanoke Estate Planning Council since 1973. He and Catherine married in 1971, and have two children.
Kevin Warman
Executive Vice President
Prior to joining Investment Management Corporation, Kevin was an advisor with Equity Services, Inc., the founder and President of Eastern RV, Inc., and Owner/Operator of Romp n' Roll, Lynchburg, Va. He has served as a board member for the Region 2000 Technology Council and Young Professionals of Central Virginia, and is currently an advisor for the Leadership Roanoke Valley program, as well as, an active member of the Rotary Club of the Blue Ridge. Kevin graduated from Radford University with a degree in Business Information Systems. He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation in 2017 and the Retirement Management Advisor® designation in 2018. Kevin resides in Daleville, VA with his wife Karen and their two children.
Bonnie Orr
Operations Manager
Bonnie is a 1976 graduate of Radford University completing her degree in Home Economics. After graduation, she worked with the Virginia Tech Extension Service. In 1981, Bonnie decided to pursue a financial services career joining with Greg Tinaglia in establishing Roanoke’s first fee-only financial planning firm, Benefit Plan Consultants, Inc. Bonnie regularly meets with clients, and since the founding of Investment Management Corporation, she has had management responsibility for the company’s business operations including client management and reporting services, portfolio investment trading, and back-office support services. She and her husband Hal reside in Roanoke County.
Catherine Tinaglia
Chief Financial Officer
Cathy is a 1973 graduate of Hollins University completing her degree in Sociology. After graduating, she joined Greg in financial services work and helped found Benefit Plan Consultants, Inc. She obtained her Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 1986 from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Cathy assists in all aspects of Investment Management Corporation’s day-to-day operations and has responsibility for the company’s financial operations as its Chief Financial Officer. She resides in Roanoke City with her Portuguese Water dogs and her husband Greg.
Carol Chaudet

Carol is a 1994 graduate of Radford University completing her degree in Liberal Studies, with concentrations in business management and psychology, as well as extensive course work in human resource management. During her career she has worked in banking, public accounting, and with financial advisory firms. Carol has extensive experience in client services and operations management, and is a contributing author to the educational website, www.retirementknowledge.education. She resides with her husband Joe and their three children in Franklin County, VA.
